This role is an opportunity to use your language expertise to facilitate clear and accurate communication between English- and Urdu-speaking customers or clients. You will interpret conversations precisely while ensuring that meaning, context, and intent are effectively conveyed between both languages. The position combines strong communication skills, active listening, cultural awareness, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work within established procedures while maintaining quality standards and adapting to client updates. The role is open to both experienced professionals and freshers with strong proficiency in English and Urdu. You will join a collaborative and energetic remote environment that values teamwork, positivity, and an engaging work culture. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including predominantly night shifts, is an important part of the position.

Accountabilities:

• Accurately listen to and interpret communication between English- and Urdu-speaking customers or clients while preserving the intended meaning and context.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and organizational guidelines throughout the interpretation process.
• Consistently meet defined quality objectives and contribute to maintaining high standards of service.
• Implement and adapt to client updates, process changes, and new requirements as they are introduced.
• Demonstrate strong active-listening skills to ensure information is understood correctly and communicated clearly.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Approach customer interactions and issue handling with professionalism, energy, patience, and a constructive attitude.

Requirements:

• Strong fluency in both Urdu and English, with the ability to communicate naturally and accurately in both languages.
• Excellent command of language, including strong comprehension and the ability to understand different forms of spoken communication.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong active-listening abilities and attention to detail.
• A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to remain positive and composed when handling issues or challenging interactions.
• Candidates with Urdu-language certifications, language training experience, Urdu-language associate experience, or Urdu-focused customer support experience are particularly valued.
• Freshers are welcome if they demonstrate strong proficiency in both Urdu and English.
• A collaborative, energetic, and flexible approach to work.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including predominantly night shifts, five days per week with two days off.
