Job Requirements 1. At least 2 years of teaching experience in English language or humanities education; middle school teaching experience is preferred.
2. Possess valid English teaching certificates or licenses; teaching experience under the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) framework is highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work reasonably.
5. Proficient in applying educational technology in classroom teaching, including educational software, online teaching resources and multimedia teaching tools.

- Working Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m. - 5:20 p.m.
- Days Off: Weekends
- Class Size: 25-30 students per class
- Class Duration: 45 minutes per class
- Weekly Teaching Hours: Less than 25 lessons per week Salary & Benefits - Pre-tax Salary: 25,000-28,000 RMB (salary is negotiable based on personal professional ability)
- Housing Allowance: Free accommodation provided
- Airfare Allowance: 5,400 RMB per semester
- Meal Allowance: 660 RMB per month
