As an Assistant Manager at Jolt, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and our customers leave happy. Here’s what you can expect to be responsible for: - Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing duties. - Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service. - Ensuring product quality and consistency by upholding Jolt’s high standards. - Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a positive attitude. - Helping to create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

We’re seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to bring their skills to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: - At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the food service or retail industry. - Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team. - A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding experience. - The ability to multitask and stay organized, even during busy shifts. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
