Pay Rate: $ 1,900 To $ 2,161 per week

Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts; 36 Hours Per Week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) ICU / PCU for a 13-week contract opportunity in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The RN will provide critical and progressive care nursing services to patients requiring close monitoring, timely clinical intervention, and coordinated multidisciplinary care.

Candidates should have strong ICU/PCU clinical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced critical care environment. Epic experience is applicable to this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and continuously monitor critically ill and progressive care patients for changes in clinical condition.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing plans of care based on patient needs.

• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed nursing interventions while monitoring patient response.

• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Epic while supporting safe, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year of Recent ICU, PCU, or Critical Care Registered Nurse Experience Required.

• Current, Active Registered Nurse License Required; Applicable Nebraska Practice Requirements Must Be Met Before Start.

• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS Certifications Required.

• Current PALS Certification Required.

• Ability to Work 3x12-Hour Shifts and Required Holiday Coverage; Strong Critical Care Assessment and Patient Monitoring Skills Required.
