True Life Academy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program in Indianapolis. Step away from bedside care and high-stress shifts while making a lasting impact by educating and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver approved Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) CNA classroom curriculum and lectures.
Guide and evaluate students during hands-on skills lab instruction and clinical oversight.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance evaluations, and completion metrics.
Ensure program compliance with state healthcare and education guidelines.
