As a member of our Cybersecurity team, you will help our clients assess, design/architect, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions to optimize their security and cyber risk programs. As a ServiceNow Security Operations consultant, you have the unique opportunity to bring both functional cyber knowledge and technical platform expertise, including gaining experience delivering and leading a wide array of projects.As our ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Manager focused on ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment – including leading end-to-end projects, developing resources/team members, and supporting pursuits/business development. You will work with multi-disciplinary team members, within Cybersecurity and across other competencies, to help clients automate and mature their security operations and cyber risk programs utilizing ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, Threat Intelligence, and related capabilities of the platform. You will lead and coach team members, both onshore and offshore, including developing the functional and technical skillsets required to address our clients' evolving needs. In addition, you will support business development activities ranging from responding to proposals to fostering relationships and setting the stage for the next phases of work. You will be expected to manage projects end-to-end working directly with our clients, including overseeing the day-to-day execution and interactions between our EY and client teams. Learn more.We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,900 to $265,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $173,900 to $302,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
