FSR Analyst

FSR Analyst Employment Type: Full‑Time, Mid-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support This role focuses on transforming complex, siloed data into actionable insights and operational workflows. The analyst will work on‑site with users to understand operational goals, build analytical workflows, and embed analytics into daily operations on a governed data platform. Skills and attributes for success Work on‑site with users to understand operational goals and data challenges. Analyze complex datasets to support real‑time and strategic decisions. Build analytical workflows, applications, and visualizations on top of integrated data. Translate ambiguous operational questions into structured analyses. Support live operations with timely, reliable insights. Collaborate with engineers to improve data quality, usability, and trust. Train users and promote data‑driven workflows. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience working with data (SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or analytics tools). Ability to clearly communicate insights to diverse audiences. Comfort working directly with customers in fast‑paced environments. Interest in applied analytics and operational problem‑solving. Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.
