Member Experience & Front-End Specialist

Sam's East, Inc.

Walmart's Sam's Club in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Member Frontline Services associate to deliver exceptional member service, maintain the checkout area, and process purchases.

You will assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, promote products, guide members on self-service technology, and help secure assets according to policies.

Comply with safety guidelines, greet members, identify needs, locate merchandise, and participate in training to rollout new programs and improve processes.
