Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Greater Boston, with a mix of in‑office, in‑the‑field, and work‑from‑home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, from initial consultation through closing. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting new clients, hosting showings and open houses, conducting virtual and in‑person property tours, and preparing comparative market analyses. The agent will draft and review offers, negotiate terms, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and liaise with lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in digital systems, leveraging online tools and platforms for marketing listings, and providing timely, professional communication and follow‑up. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe). Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property principles, including local market knowledge and transaction processes. Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. Excellent Customer Service abilities, with strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship‑building skills. Comfort with digital tools and platforms (CRM systems, MLS, virtual tour software, e‑signature tools, and online marketing channels). Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment across Greater Boston, including evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for property showings, and readiness to travel within the Greater Boston area.
