Responsibilities

• Hitting a monthly operations revenue goals.
• Supporting member retention by advocating for the best member experiences and operational processes in the club.
• Hiring, training, and developing a strong operational team.
• Ensuring team members execute the basics in friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality, and dress code.
• Instilling a sense of common responsibility and teamwork across club functions to improve the member and team member experience.
• Maintaining an efficient back office.
• Ordering and maintaining all supplies.
• Supervising point-of-sales operations and filing daily and weekly club revenue reports.
• Responsible for proper inventory receiving and inventory control activities per company guidelines. Prepare inventory reports.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and willing to take leadership responsibilities regardless of situation.
• Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Experience in the health & fitness industry.
• Experience as a manager.
• Experience in a health club or the hospitality industry.
