Full-Time Administrative Nurse Manager

Role: Manages nursing operations in an emergency department, ensuring evidence-based patient care, staff management, and departmental efficiency. Responsibilities Oversees patient care delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and documentation in collaboration with healthcare teams. Develops and manages budgets, staffing plans, and resources to meet operational goals. Recruits, trains, evaluates, and supports nursing personnel while fostering a diverse, culturally competent work environment. Leads leadership initiatives, participates in policy development, and promotes staff engagement and professional growth. Supports research, evidence-based practice, and continuous quality improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current RN licensure. Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience with prior leadership roles. Strong process improvement, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
