Excelcare Dover is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who provides direct patient care under RN and physician supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily care needs, documenting clinical information, and supporting residents and families.
