When someone calls us after a water loss, fire, or other property emergency, you may be the first person they speak with. We need someone who can make that customer feel heard, gather accurate information, and help get our team moving in the right direction. This position is more than answering phones. You'll help connect our customers, office, and production teams and play an important part in keeping jobs organized and moving forward.What You'll DoAnswer incoming calls with a friendly, calm, and professional attitudeGather and accurately enter new customer and job informationReceive and enter new leads and First Notice of Loss (FNOL) informationDispatch new jobs to the appropriate production teamTrack new leads and make sure customers receive a timely responseGreet customers and visitors to our officeHelp coordinate daily production and on-call schedulesMonitor jobs and communicate information between the office and production teamsHelp identify scheduling issues or jobs that may be getting delayedMaintain accurate information in our computer systemsAssist the Office Manager and team with general administrative responsibilitiesThese responsibilities closely reflect the franchise position description, including FNOL entry, customer service, dispatching, WIP awareness, production/on-call coordination, and job logistics.Who We're Looking For You don't have to know the restoration industry when you walk through the door. We can teach you restoration. Restoration, construction, or insurance experience would be helpful but isn't required.
