Business Analyst Associate

We are looking for a Business Analyst Associate to support our Portfolio Management Technology Services team. The Opportunity:As a Business Analyst Associate, you will report to the Development Manager of PMG Technology Services and act as a liaison for software applications leveraged by the Portfolio Management Group (PMG). You will act as a subject matter expert and coordinator in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving challenges that arise in the use of major applications by PMG. You will also be trained on all new technology being released for the business group and will perform the application testing needed to ensure the systems' success.The Day-to-Day:Work closely with Product Owner and assist in defining requirements for one or more Scrum TeamsAct as the business expert to provide analysis of issues to help resolve multifaceted business problemsProvide comprehensive application support to the business, working together with the Help Desk, Corporate Systems and InfrastructureSupport major internal and third-party software applicationsHelp create documents and workflows related to user training and business requirementsYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, math, or other related fields and 1-3 years’ experience working in software development teams as individual contributorExperience in Project Management and Requirements analysisPrevious Information Technology experience (ideally Wealth Management Technology) with a proven ability to handle application-related projects within their own groupSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize work based upon business needsWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
