Experienced Bookkeeper Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and helping ensure the company's financial health and compliance. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with numbers, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Lead and Build
- Record and manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial ledgers.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Track expenses, categorize transactions, and support budgeting activities.
- Assist with tax preparation and financial documentation.
- Stay up to date with bookkeeping best practices and accounting standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
