CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Sit-Down Forklift Drivers in the Buckeye, AZ area. The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment. The Forklift Operator is responsible for utilizing the lift equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker equipment, to move products and materials.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials and products to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Conduct daily safety inspections using forklift safety checklists.
• Ensure the facility remains inspection-ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
• Communicate and report any incidents to the supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum of two years of prior forklift operating experience; must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including HighJump, is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Action-oriented mindset with the ability to take on new opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, building partnerships and working with others to meet shared objectives.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make timely and effective choices.
• Ability to optimize work processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Situational adaptability, with the ability to adjust approach and demeanor based on changing demands.

Monday – Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
