Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discounts Paid time off Vision insurance Wellness resources Position Overview We're seeking a full‑time Marketing Representative to own and execute our digital marketing efforts — from search visibility to video content to day‑to‑day campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple marketing hats and can work independently with minimal oversight. Responsibilities Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings; conduct keyword research; monitor performance and suggest improvements. Edit short‑form and long‑form video content (client testimonials, educational clips, social media reels) for use across our website and social channels. Write, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that reflects our brand voice. Manage Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaigns (if applicable), and Google Analytics to track traffic, leads, and campaign performance. Make ongoing updates and edits to our Squarespace website, including content changes, page additions, and general upkeep. Collaborate on marketing strategy and campaign calendars. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar. Strong writing and content editing skills. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and/or Google Ads. Self‑starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines. Experience with Squarespace a plus. Insurance or financial services marketing experience a plus, but not required.
