Production Worker | Manufacturing Associate - 2nd Shift

$19+/hr. DOE | Temp-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting production, assembly, material handling, and warehouse operations. Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, forklift, or production experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools

• Move, stage, and prepare materials to support daily production

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects

• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules

• Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and general production duties

• Maintain production pace while following safety and quality standards

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized

• Support multiple production departments based on business needs

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Previous forklift experience

• Material handling or warehouse experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment

• Previous assembly or hands-on production experience

• Sewing machine, upholstery, or textile manufacturing experience

Schedule:

This is a 2nd Shift position and candidates must be available to work:

• Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

• Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riviera Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
