About the Clinician‘s Workday

Clinicians will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM managing 16-18 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating ongoing care with 1:4 call coverage including 1 weeknight call per week and 1 weekend per month. Clinicians must maintain documentation through Epic EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
