Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

LPN – Nursing

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Holiday required.

Current NY LPN Licensure

BLS certification (AHA or RQI only)

1 year of experience as an LPN

High School Diploma or GED

Provide direct and indirect resident care within the scope of practice.

Ensure residents' activities of daily living (ADLs) are met according to the care plan.

Maintain residents' safety and environment as outlined in care protocols.

Meet the nutritional needs of residents, including meal delivery and feeding assistance.

Support residents in rehabilitative and maintenance needs, ensuring proper body alignment and use of assistive devices.

Report changes in residents' physical and psychosocial status to the supervising nurse promptly.
