About the Role \n

• Leadership experience strongly preferred
\n
• ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible preferred 
\n
• Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
\n
• Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
\n
• Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality, and efficiency
\n
• Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department
