**Recruitment Coordinator:**
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Jersey City office.

**Recruitment Coordinator - Job Description:**
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview scheduling and offer letter generation. This role is essential for ensuring smooth recruitment operations and effective communication with candidates and business leaders.

**Recruitment Coordinator - Responsibilities:**
• Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and regions
• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews ensuring timely communication with interview team and candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business leaders during the interview stage
• Service as an operational liaison for offer related inquiries
• Generate and distribute offer letters using Workday within service level agreement timelines
• Apply correct regional and regulatory language (compliance clauses)
• Manage offer revisions, updates, and reissuance requests
• Support reporting and operational metrics related to offer processing
• Partner with the TA Recruiters to manage candidate workflows and requisition support
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across TA Operations
• Manage shared inbox of Talent Acquisition support request from recruiters and candidates


**Recruitment Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:**
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in financial services
• Proven ability to manage high volume interview scheduling and offer letter generation with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


**Recruitment Coordinator - Nice-to-Have Skills:**
• Experience in financial services
• Familiarity with regional and regulatory compliance in recruitment
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and a no tasks too small mindset


**Recruitment Coordinator - Assignment Length:**
This is a 12-month contract position.
