TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Tyler, Texas, 75701!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred License: State or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS (preferred), TNCC (preferred) Must-Have: Experience with Epic charting system, travel experience preferred Description: Provide care in a Level I Trauma ICU setting. Work 3x12 hours shift during the day. Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2. Experience in managing ventilated patients and blood product administration is essential. Must have skills in central line management, ICP monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation. Team collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is required. Comfortable with float requirements to ICU, IMC, and Tele units as needed. Candidates with previous charge experience in trauma care are preferred. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for this role. Experience in community hospital settings and travel nursing is advantageous. Candidates must complete onboarding requirements promptly. Adhere to compliance and safety standards within the unit.
