Smart Home Technician
You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful

What You'll Need
Valid Driver's License: This position requires a valid driver's license because driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices is an essential function of the job.
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability:
Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
Lift up to 70 lbs
Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
