Position Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered license in KS
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
• Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)

Job Responsibilities:

• • Provide nursing care services as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department on a PRN Night shift basis • Work in a 24-bed Emergency Department with Level 4 trauma designation • Maintain current BLS certification • Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements prior to onboarding • Provide proof of MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations • Complete required Fit Test prior to onboarding • Undergo TB testing and provide documentation of results • Complete TB-related follow-up documentation (Positive PPD/Negative Chest X-Ray) if applicable • Complete Physical/Health Statement requirements prior to onboarding • Pass required Core Competencies Exam and Specialty Exam • Complete required Skills Checklist • Pass color-blind screening test • Submit to criminal background check and drug screening (minimum 10-panel test) • Complete SAM/EPLS and OIG verification • Provide a valid Driver's License or State ID • Complete Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) • Provide a current resume and two supervisory references at time of submission • Complete required Prime Agency Attestation documentation • Complete Glucose Training Policy module • Adhere to all required compliance documentation and certifications • Contribute to building the per diem staffing pool for the Emergency Department
