  • Document clinical notes meticulously, adhering to clinic policies and legal guidelines, to maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient progress and treatment efficacy.

  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, fostering empowerment and self-management skills through psychoeducation.
