Shipping and Receiving Associate Penmac Staffing is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a local client in Conway, AR. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering $17.00 per hour with a consistent Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule. Requirements for the Shipping and Receiving Associate Ability to work effectively with production staff, management, purchasing personnel, and vendors Good computer and keyboarding skills Ability to perform basic math calculations Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Forklift experience is helpful Shipping and Receiving Associate Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal databases Pull and stage materials and parts using pick lists Verify incoming shipments and inspect items for damageReport shipment discrepancies or damages as needed Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging materials and building pallets or crates Retrieve items for processing and shipping Record all received and shipped goods using Global Shop software Operate a forklift as needed Pick up orders and materials from vendors when required Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and audits Pay and Schedule $17.00 per hour Full-time Temp-to-hire opportunity Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Why Penmac?
