• License/Certs: Current NNP Board Certification (no other NP certifications accepted)

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Discussions to be held during interview)

What You ll Do:

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide neonatal care across multiple Level III-IV NICUs and Level II nurseries in Phoenix and statewide
• Cover evening shifts at high-risk delivery services and NICUs
• Work in a team environment, sharing coverage responsibilities with physicians and other NNPs
• Participate in in-house daily rounds, emergencies, and support delivery coverage
• Maintain compliance with licensure and safety protocols
• Engage in patient care management, including assessments and treatments of infants in the NICU

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (preferred)
• Required licensure and certifications for neonatal care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to unit needs
