Tono Pizzeria + Cheesesteaks

Team Members are essential to delivering a quality customer experience, support various restaurant functions, and embody our core values. This role requires teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist in preparing and/or assembling menu items following our standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
• Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Restock items as needed.
• Complete opening/closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations for open/close shifts
• Attend bi-annual Staff meetings

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• May require lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours.

Years of Experience:

• Previous food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
