You will play a critical role in producing and testing ion exchange media for chromatography consumables, ensuring top-tier product quality and compliance. Responsibilities

- Perform precise testing and qualification of resin products using specialized laboratory instruments to meet production and customer requirements.
- Accurately document, record, and report test results while maintaining all required documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and GMP standards.
- Execute complex production work-orders, analyze data, draw conclusions, and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across quality, operations, and engineering to drive process improvements and solve problems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment, strictly following EH&S safety protocols and participating in safety initiatives.
- Identify and suggest process optimizations and support continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to production schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemistry laboratory environment.
- Solid understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and verbal instructions.
- Solid attendance, punctuality, and ownership mentality.
- Experience with laboratory hand tools (wrenches, torque drivers, tweezers).
- Willingness to learn Lean manufacturing principles and PPI Continuous Improvement tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet defined deadlines.
- Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly work with chemicals using provided PPE.

Preferred Skills

- Bachelor s degree in Chemistry or Biotechnology.
- Hands-on experience in a chemistry laboratory.
- Familiarity with chromatography software.
- Experience in regulated environments (QSRs, ISO, IVD compliance).
