Position Summary:

Dynamic Specialty, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to support the claims department in managing claims from first notice of loss through resolution. The Claims Specialist serves as a point of contact for insureds, claimants, agents, brokers, carriers, and third-party adjusters, ensuring every claim is reported accurately, documented thoroughly, and handled promptly and professionally. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Receive and process first notice of loss (FNOL) reports from insureds, agents, and drivers, and report claims to the appropriate carrier or claims administrator in a timely manner.

• Set up and maintain accurate, complete claim files in the company's systems.
\n
• Review, investigate, and process trucking claims, gathering and verifying supporting documentation such as accident reports, VIN numbers, photos, driver statements, and other relevant information.
\n
• Serve as a point of contact for insureds, claimants, agents, brokers, carriers, and third-party adjusters, providing timely and professional updates on claim status.
\n
• Follow up on open claims to ensure they progress efficiently and that outstanding items are resolved.
\n
• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the Claims and Customer Service Specialist.
\n
• Process loss run requests and provide claims information to agents and internal departments as needed.
\n
• Ensure all claims activity complies with carrier guidelines, company procedures, and state regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with the underwriting department and other internal teams on claims-related questions and trends.
\n
• Track claim activity and assist in preparing claims reports for management.
\n
• Maintain confidentiality of all claim, policyholder, and company information.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the claims and customer service department.
\n

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent.
\n
• Active Florida 6‑20 Adjuster License
\n
• Experience in customer service, insurance, or an administrative role.
\n
• Prior experience handling insurance claims, preferably commercial auto, trucking, or transportation claims.
\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software systems.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred:

\n
• Experience working in a Managing General Agency (MGA), carrier, or insurance agency environment.
\n
• Knowledge of trucking industry terminology.
\n
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
\n

• Continually required to sit for extended periods

• The noise level is moderate to high.
\n
• Required on site- this is not a remote eligible position.
\n
• Office-based with standard business hours.
