Stepdown / Progressive Care RN
Unit: 40-bed Stepdown/Progressive Care unitEHR: Cerner
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, Stepdown/Progressive Care experience, telemetry experience
Ratios: 1:4, with stretch staffing up to 1:5
Skills: Titratable/cardiac IV drips including nitro, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutamine, insulin, heparin, Bumex/Lasix
Preferred: Prostacyclin experience and relief charge experience
Patient Population: CHF, MI, chest pain, arrhythmia, pulmonary hypertension, valve disease, endocarditis, DKA, post-cath/stent, post-pacer/ICD/ablation
Equipment: Zoll, Baxter pumps, lift equipment, bladder scanner
Procedures: Bedside cardioversion
Float: Med Surg, Stepdown, COVID unit, and ER holding
Fit: Flexible, positive, compassionate team player
United Staffing Solutions Job ID #1011234. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
