Qualified candidates should be strong communicators, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Manage the production process from purchase order placement through final delivery. Coordinate with overseas vendors, factories, and freight forwarders. Track production schedules and ensure on-time shipments. Review and maintain production reports, purchase orders, and shipping documents. Monitor quality control and resolve production-related issues. Communicate with internal teams including sales, design, and warehouse departments. Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in apparel import production, sourcing, or related fields. Strong understanding of garment production and supply chain processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP. Compensation: Manager position: $85,000 and up, DOE. Ecommerce Specialist Responsibilities: Process daily e-commerce orders across multiple wholesale platforms. Upload, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce FashionGo, Faire, and the company website. Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, images, and product details across all online platforms. Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots, including model casting, shot lists, and locations. Plan and execute visual content for new collections, social media channels (Instagram, email newsletter), and online promotions. Qualifications: At least 2 years of e-commerce, customer service experience, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry. Strong understanding of online wholesale marketplaces and digital marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Capture One) is a plus but not required.
