Temporary Warehouse Associate / Clamp Forklift OperatorPosition: Temporary Warehouse Associate / Clamp Forklift OperatorLocation: Romeoville, ILSchedule: Part-Time (4 hours/day) | Short-Term TemporaryPay Rate: $20 – $23/hr (dependant on experience)Role Overview: We are seeking an efficient and dependable Warehouse Associate for an immediate, short-term opportunity at a busy facility in Romeoville. In this role, you will support daily logistics and shop operations by handling inventory transport, material movement, and retread shop logistics.Key Responsibilities:Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including specialized clamp/squeeze lifts and standard sit-down forklifts, to move bulk inventory throughout the warehouse.Shop Logistics Support: Efficiently roll, transport, and stage tires moving in and out of the active retread shop.Inventory & Stocking: Unload shipments, organize incoming stock, and maintain proper inventory placement across warehouse racks and staging areas.General Operations: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standard warehouse safety protocols.Qualifications:Forklift Experience: Hands-on experience operating both specialized clamp/squeeze lifts and traditional forklifts.Physical Stamina: Ability to manually roll and maneuver heavy commercial tires safely throughout the shift.Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance for a 4-hour daily shift, and ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.Training: Open to receiving specialized, on-the-job training tailored to our specific product handling techniques.Are you interested in a temporary and part time role?
