Position Summary

North Georgia Vein & Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Provider Liaison to develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers throughout Canton, Cumming, Cartersville, and surrounding communities.

The Provider Liaison will serve as a representative of North Georgia Vein & Aesthetics within the local medical community, developing referral relationships, educating healthcare providers and office staff about our services, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining consistent communication with referral partners.

This is a field-based, relationship-focused position for a confident and highly personable professional who is comfortable initiating conversations, building trust, working independently, and consistently following through. The ideal candidate is accountable, relationship-driven, adaptable, self-motivated, persistent, organized, competitive, and skilled at reading the room and adjusting their approach to different people and situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, office managers, referral coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct regular in-person visits with current and prospective referral partners
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff about North Georgia Vein & Aesthetics, our services, treatment options, and referral process
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned territory
• Strengthen existing provider relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and relationship management
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness of North Georgia Vein & Aesthetics within the local healthcare community
• Coordinate and participate in provider lunches, educational presentations, networking opportunities, community events, and other outreach activities
• Communicate with referral partners and assist with appropriate questions regarding services and the referral process
• Maintain accurate records of provider outreach, relationships, follow-ups, referrals, and other activity within the company's tracking or CRM system
• Monitor referral activity and identify opportunities for additional outreach and relationship development
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to support provider outreach and business-development initiatives
• Represent North Georgia Vein & Aesthetics professionally at medical, community, and networking events
• Manage an assigned territory and independently organize daily outreach activities, visits, and follow-ups
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-through with prospective and established referral partners
• Meet established provider outreach, relationship-development, and referral goals
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to visit healthcare practices, organizations, and community partners
• Adapt communication and outreach strategies based on the needs and preferences of different providers and organizations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Previous experience working as a Physician Liaison, Provider Liaison, Physician Relations Representative, or in a closely related healthcare provider-relations role
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare practices
• Experience with physician outreach, referral development, healthcare networking, and relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to confidently communicate with physicians, healthcare professionals, office staff, and community partners
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based position
• Persistent, organized, and consistent with outreach and follow-up
• Professional, personable, confident, and adaptable
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to different personalities and situations

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, email, and other digital tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a specialty medical practice
• Experience in vascular, vein, surgery, wound care, cardiology, orthopedics, or another related healthcare specialty
• Established relationships with healthcare providers and medical practices in the North Georgia market
• Experience tracking referral activity and analyzing provider or territory performance
• Experience with healthcare presentations, provider education, networking, and community outreach
• Experience working in a sales, business-development, or growth-focused healthcare environment

Work Environment

This is a part-time, field-based position requiring regular travel throughout the Canton, Cumming, Cartersville, and surrounding areas.

The Provider Liaison will spend a significant portion of their time visiting healthcare practices and developing relationships within the local medical community. The position requires the ability to independently manage a field-based schedule while maintaining regular communication and coordination with the North Georgia Vein & Aesthetics team.

Some meetings, administrative work, training, and team collaboration may take place remotely or at a North Georgia Vein & Aesthetics office.
