Welder – Manufacturing / FabricationWe are seeking a skilled Welder to join a manufacturing and fabrication team. The ideal candidate has experience with MIG welding, TIG welding, or stick welding, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, or stick welding depending on project needsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurementsFabricate, assemble, and repair metal componentsSet up welding equipment and adjust settings as neededInspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrityGrind, cut, and prep materials for weldingMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsRequirementsPrevious welding experience requiredAbility to read blueprints and fabrication drawingsStrong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and materialsAbility to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for long periodsReliable, punctual, and safety-focusedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsWelding certifications (MIG/TIG/Stick)Experience in manufacturing or metal fabricationAbility to operate grinders, saws, and other shop toolsBasic knowledge of metal finishing and inspection
