Learning Technology Administrator

Learning Technology Administrator Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) and the Skillsoft Learning Experience Platform (LXP), supporting the global user population. Develop and maintain workflows for course enrollments, certifications, and completions in both platforms. Ensure a seamless learning experience for all users across our global regions by overseeing the technical aspects of the systems, resolving issues, and implementing improvements. Administer and configure the Docebo LMS and Skillsoft LXP, ensuring optimal system performance, user accessibility, and integration with other platforms (including HRIS, SSO, etc.). Generate and analyze regular system usage reports, learner progress, and completion data from both platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users across all regions regarding issues related to system functionality, course availability, and technical troubleshooting. Resolve system bugs, user access issues, and report generation errors in a timely manner. Provide training and support to system users, including administrators, managers, and employees, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and enhancements. Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of user information and learning records. Lead the implementation of system upgrades, new features, and enhancements. Work closely with HR Technology, HRBPs, Power Users, and other stakeholders/departments to ensure the systems align with organizational learning goals and compliance requirements. Collaborate with third‑party vendors to troubleshoot issues, elevate concerns, and plan for system updates or enhancements. Serve as the global HR resource for all LMS training activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in learning technology platforms in Healthcare, Biotech, or Medical Technology industries. Experience must include: 3 years with Docebo LMS: system configuration, content management, and reporting. 3 years with Skillsoft LXP: system configuration, content management, and learner analytics reporting. Resolving technical LMS issues for a global user population. Full‑lifecycle rollout of an LMS platform (setup, configuration, integration, administrator support, user training, and communication). Project management experience relating to LMS platforms. Data analytics and reporting from LMS/LXP platforms to track learner performance and engagement. Integration of learning platforms with other enterprise applications, including HRIS. Communication of technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Support of system users globally (Greater China, India, South America, Europe, and North America). Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Compensation The annual base salary range for this full‑time position is $83,500 – $111,250. The offered base pay will consider internal equity, work location, and additional factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and education. Total compensation may include bonuses, equity, or other benefits depending on level and position.
