Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of accredited ophthalmology residency program
• Board eligible or board certified in ophthalmology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of West Virginia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a private practice environment
