We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst in San Francisco, CA . Essential Functions: Performs cash flow and tax return analysis. Monitors ongoing compliance with financial covenants and initiatesappropriate remediesfor non-compliance. Assists with loan portfolio reporting and preparation of credit presentations according tobank'spolicy and guidelines. Conducts industry research. Conducts credit investigations and analyses. Analyzes financial statements and related material todeterminefinancial conditions and trends. Prepares summaries, presents facts, and offers opinions concerningcredit-worthiness. Provides credit information and references for customers, loan officers, or other agencies as requested. Ensures that all credit files include proper documentation including current financial statements, agency reports, etc. Maintains control over current accounts, noting payment progress, watching for any developing problems, and keeping loan officers informed. Writescredit memorandums. Mayaccompanylenders on business calls, conduct industryresearchandassistwith special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Typically requires aBachelorsdegree in Finance or related field and sixmonthsbusiness experience. Limited use and/or application of basic real estate credit concepts.
