Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Valid SLP license or eligibility in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) also welcome
• Experience with school-based or pediatric populations
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms, or a willingness to be trained
• Strong skills in assessment, developing individualized education plans, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of speech, language, and communication therapy services to students in K-12 settings, including both in-person and virtual support as needed
• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records and data for IEP documentation and progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student intervention teams
• Provide training and consultation to educational staff and parents regarding speech/language development and strategies
