Attorney

Job Title : Labor & Employment Attorney – Defense

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Represent labor unions in labor and employment disputes, including litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and unfair labor practice matters.
• Advise clients on collective bargaining, contract negotiations, grievance procedures, contract enforcement, and labor relations strategy.
• Counsel unions on organizing campaigns, representation elections, strikes, picketing activities, union governance, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2-6+ years of labor and employment law experience, including labor arbitrations, collective bargaining matters, and employment litigation.
• Strong knowledge of the NLRA, LMRDA, and related labor laws, with excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and client counseling skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

• The annual salary for this position is between $120,000-$180,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
