Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar supportive classroom role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with students and staff
- Flexibility, patience, and a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and implement individualized learning plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required; paraprofessional certification preferred
- Solid understanding of classroom management and student supervision best practices
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities
- Support students one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment
- Adapt to various student needs, providing encouragement and positive reinforcement
- Prepare and organize educational materials or classroom supplies
- Foster a safe and nurturing atmosphere for both academic and personal growth
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with peers to support students’ progress
- Carry out duties as assigned by lead teachers or school administrators
