Job Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract assignment. The PT will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence in a clinical or post-acute setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and recovery
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (state specific)
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
