Working closely with innovation leaders and cross-functional partners, this role contributes to innovation engagements that translate business priorities into actionable outcomes.Job Responsibilities: Program Support and DeliveryPromote awareness of innovation capabilities and help connect business partners with resources, expertise, and opportunities that support enterprise transformationCoordinate innovation engagements and execution activities that enable successful delivery, adoption, and realization of business valueSupport communication, training, and adoption activities that help business teams successfully incorporate AI and Automation capabilities into daily operationsDevelop materials and documentation to support workshops, planning sessions, and events of varying size and complexitySupport the intake, documentation, prioritization, and tracking of innovation opportunities across the enterpriseStakeholder Engagement and Business AlignmentAssist business stakeholders in evaluating opportunities, clarifying objectives, documenting requirements, and defining desired business outcomesSupport engagement teams in translating business challenges and opportunities into structured discussions and outputsProvide recommendations that improve awareness, readiness, adoption, and value realization across stakeholder groupsMaintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuity from ideation through executionAssessment and Impact AnalysisSupport the creation and maintenance of metrics to measure business impact, adoption, and value realizationAnalyze engagement findings, stakeholder feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities and recommendations for improvementContribute to reporting, dashboards, and communications that demonstrate innovation outcomes and realized valueSupport documentation, assessment, and coordination activities that help ensure innovation opportunities align with governance, risk, compliance, and responsible innovation requirementsThe above statement of duties is not intended to be all inclusive and other duties will be assigned from time to time.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, innovation, transformation, or project deliveryHands-on experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologiesStrong analytical, facilitation, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable outputsPreferred: Experience operating in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare)If you’re ready to help make a difference, apply today.
