Your new role

• Collaborating with Project Managers and Superintendents on daily project execution
• Reviewing project drawings, specs, and metal building system details
• Tracking progress on schedules, RFIs, and procurement
• Coordinating with subcontractors, steel suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate documentation and promoting field safety and efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 2-5 years of experience in construction (PEMB experience a plus)
• Strong communicator with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable juggling tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
