Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to oversee in-store execution for major consumer brands. You will lead a small merchandising team, plan and execute planogram resets, ensure accurate product placement, and maintain promotional and pricing compliance. Responsibilities include training and scheduling merchandisers, auditing displays using digital tools, capturing data and photos, and reporting results to field managers and clients. You’ll collaborate with store personnel, troubleshoot issues on-site, and use sales and merchandising insights to recommend improvements that drive visibility, shopper engagement, and sales performance across assigned locations.
