You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality/safety characteristics Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures Involvement in continuous improvement process This is what you bring to us: Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail Must be able to work required hours Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills Willingness to be cross trained on various processes, machines and products What we offer you: Competitive pay $18.75 (Plus shift premium) Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid sick time 401k with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
