We’re growing our remote sales team and looking for confident, motivated professionals who enjoy connecting with customers, reaching goals, and closing sales.

Insurance experience is not required. If you have a successful sales background, we will provide the insurance training and help qualified candidates obtain their Property and Casualty license.

This is a full-time W2 position offering a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. You will receive quality leads, live transfers, paid training, ongoing coaching, and a proven process to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective customers and understand their insurance needs
• Recommend the right coverage for home, auto, life, and other insurance products
• Follow up with leads and build lasting client relationships
• Answer questions and provide outstanding customer service
• Work closely with a supportive sales team while continuing to develop your skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, or insurance is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Make a high volume of phone calls to leads that are provided
• Accept Live Transfers from Telemarketing Team with prospects ready to talk
• Consistently and proactively follow up with prospects
• Share the value of being properly protected by your insurance policy
• Tell stories of insurance claims gone right AND wrong
• Engage in daily practice and drills to improve your skills
• Make a difference in people's lives by protecting their everyday risk!
• Learn every day and practice with your team

Requirements

• Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Communication Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Sales Acumen: A keen interest in developing skills in sales and client relationship building.
• Motivation: A self-starter with a positive attitude and the initiative to meet and exceed targets.
• Customer Service: Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn about various insurance products and services offered by the company.
• Team Participation: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
