As a member of our Caregiver Flex Team , you'll help support residents throughout our Assisted Living and Memory Care community by stepping in when additional help is needed. Every shift brings something different, giving you variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults.

What You'll Do

• Pick up available shifts and provide coverage when additional support is needed.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and other ADLs.

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition.

• Follow care plans and support residents with dignity and respect.

• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership team members.

• Help ensure residents receive exceptional care regardless of staffing needs.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a CNA, Nursing Assistant, HHA, DSP, PCA, Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or similar role preferred.

• Ability to pick up shifts with varying levels of notice.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to caregiving.

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly and support different resident needs.
