This role is a long‑term contract position based in Miami, FL, serving clients throughout the United States. Job Details Title: Desktop Support / Field Service Technician / Computer Driving Technician Location: Miami, FL (travel radius 50‑70 miles) Type: Long‑term Contract / Contract to Permanent Responsibilities Drive to customer locations to perform repair, troubleshooting, and break‑fix of computers, desktops, laptops, and printers. Use personal vehicle to travel, with mileage reimbursement. Serve primarily Dell products; prior experience preferred. Maintain professional appearance and communication. Prepare for overtime and extensive driving (up to 300 miles per week). Required Skills A+ Certification (training or expired status accepted). Experience with laptops and desktops. Experience in break/fix service. Optional: Dell or other product manufacturer certifications. Important Points Background check and driving record review required. Complete Dell certification training (online) before start. Contract agreement and company terms apply. Pay issued biweekly; mileage reimbursed.
